Education QLDÂ introduces Clovelly Park Primary School in Clovelly Park, for all your education and learning needs.
Clovelly Park Primary School is a diverse and complex school incorporating mainstream, special education and new arrival classrooms. Students learn a range of core subjects and there is a strong literacy focus across the curriculum in recently-upgraded classrooms.
Students are also able to participate in a number of individual pursuits: instrumental music, performing arts and sporting teams. As such they adhere to the school values of respect, tolerance, responsibility, cooperation and persistence. There is also a strong focus on developing positive and caring relationships within the school community, which has resulted in improved participation and engagement in the learning programs.
The school has a Christian Pastoral Support Worker who works with students and families. Students in the 'New Arrivals Program' and special education classrooms are integrated into mainstream classrooms and students embrace the diversity within the school. Both programs have many students from outside the school's zone.
